The organizational culture of my organization is well-organized and structured. I feel that as I work in a school, the authorities have tried to maintain a good level of culture which helps all of us to work together as a team and to be able to come to a particular decision. The pros of the organization are that our leaders of the team are quite motivated to reach for the goals and also all the team members are able to identify the strategies and methods that will lead to a better growth. As we keep having a lot of recreational method activities, it helps us to gain an idea of how we can work better for our organization.
